Highlighters have become a staple in my makeup collection – I can’t get enough of them! Even days with just mascara and foundation, I have to add a highlighter. Here is a list of my five favorite highlighters of the moment:
Becca x Jaclyn Hill – Champagne Pop
Admittingly, I purchased this product due to the hype surrounding it, but I was not disappointed. Champagne Pop is a soft white gold with peach-pink undertones that work for any skin tone! It is very pigmented and long lasting. Champagne Pop can be worn as an everyday highlighter as it is soft once first applied, or for a full face glam because it is buildable.
Becca – Opal
Opal is the first highlighter I purchased from Becca. It is a golden opal pearl and holds the same benefits as Champagne Pop.
Benefit – Watts Up
This product has been on the market awhile now but I only made my purchase just a few months ago. Watts Up is a champagne cream-to-powder highlighter. This product has a natural glow that works for everyday use. Watts Up is blendable and works for all skin tones.
Anastasia – That Glow Kit
I was pretty excited when this product was finally in stock at my local Sephora, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it because the colors are gorgeous! This kit contains four metallic highlighters, for varying skin tones. This product is not an everyday highlight for me, I mainly use it for an event. It also has quite a bit of fallout and can be messy, but if you wet your application brush before picking up the product, there should be no issues!
Urban Decay – Afterglow 8-Hour Highlighter in Sin
I cannot say enough good things about this product, it is definitely a holy grail for me! I am already on my second pan. Again, this is a champagne color (I never realized until I sat down to write this) that is subtle but very pigmented and buildable. This is my everyday highlighter and I cannot get enough of it! Due to the light color, it may work best for light skin tones.
